This Privacy Policy describes how Drift ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Drift mobile application.

We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled when using the App.

Location

Location. Knewdle NOW uses your device's precise or approximate location, only while you're using the app and only with your permission, to find ramen restaurants near you. Your location is sent to the map data services listed below to perform the search. We do not store your location on our servers or use it to track you. You can turn off location access at any time in your device settings and search by city or ZIP code instead.

Map data services. To find restaurants, Knewdle NOW requests data from OpenStreetMap's public Overpass servers and from Overture Maps Foundation data hosted on Amazon Web Services. These services receive your IP address and the area being searched, as with any web request. Results and map data are saved on your device to speed up later searches; you can remove them by clearing the app's storage. Tapping "Let's go!" opens Google Maps or another map app you choose, which is governed by that app's own privacy policy.

Advertising. DRIFT and Knewdle NOW show ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and app usage to show and measure ads, including personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device's Google settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).

Your privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence (for example, California), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of the "sharing" of information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email info@swats.rocks.
